Strict No Refund Policy

Please note that all sales placed through meenakshisteel.shop are final. Once an order is placed and payment is submitted via UPI (and verified through the UTR reference number), we do not process refunds, returns, or order cancellations.

Why we have this policy

Our products (such as manual kitchen presses, puri makers, and utensils) are manufactured using heavy-duty, food-grade steel and traditional wood. Due to the high cost of distribution, weight of steelware shipping, and direct operator fulfillment pricing, we do not support change-of-mind refunds or order cancellations once payment is validated.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take extreme care in packaging your products safely. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect product, you are eligible for a replacement.

To claim a replacement:

Contact our support team at Support@meenakshisteel.shop within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Provide your Order ID (e.g., MST-XXXXXX) and your UPI transaction details.
Attach a clear unboxing video and high-resolution photos displaying the damage or defect. Unboxing videos are required to prevent fraudulent claims.

Upon verification of the request, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product to be shipped to your delivery address at no extra cost.
