How to Make a Payment

1. UPI Scan & Pay Process

To ensure secure and direct transactions, Meenakshi Steel Traders utilizes a UPI Scan & Pay system. When you proceed to checkout:

You will be presented with our official UPI QR Code.
Scan the QR code using any UPI app (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, BHIM, etc.).
Enter the exact total amount shown in your cart (including shipping).
Once paid, enter the 12-digit UTR (Reference Number) in the checkout form or upload a screenshot of your payment success screen.

2. Order Confirmation

After you submit your order with the UTR or screenshot, our team manually verifies the transaction. Once verified, your order status will be updated to "Processing", and you will receive an email confirmation. You can check your order status anytime by signing into your account and clicking "My Orders".

We proudly deliver our premium steel and wooden kitchenware to all states and pin codes across India. Whether you are in a metro city or a remote town, we ensure safe and fast delivery through our trusted courier partners.

Shipping Charges & Extra Pricing

Due to the heavy weight and volumetric size of our premium metal utensils and presses, extra shipping charges are applied at checkout.

Standard Shipping Rate: Depending on the delivery location and the total weight of your cart, shipping charges are calculated automatically. Generally, deliveries within Telangana have lower shipping fees, while out-of-state Pan-India deliveries will incur additional distance-based transit charges.

The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed in your Cart Summary before you proceed to the payment QR code.

Estimated Delivery Time

- Local (Hyderabad/Telangana): 1 to 3 business days.
- Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking ID via email and in your "My Orders" dashboard.
